Do I need a coupon for the Works Package?

No coupon necessary! The Works Package is a special that we have been running for years now, so you really don't need to bring a coupon to get the deal.

What brand of type of oil do you use for your oil changes?

For the Works Package we use Motorcraft Synthetic Blend oil unless the vehicle requires something different. Upon request (or if the vehicle requires it) we can use Motorcraft Fully Synthetic Oil for an additional charge.

Do I need an appointment to get the Works Package?

No appointment necessary for the Works Package. Just swing on into the Quick Lane at Midway Ford anytime that we're open and our service specialists will be happy help. If you would like to know how busy we are before you arrive, we recommend calling ahead to check the wait time in the Quick Lane.

Why does the cost of the Works Package vary?

Some vehicles require premium oil or a premium oil filter, in those cases the cost is subject to change. If your vehicle requires a premium oil filter it's usually not more than a few extra dollars. If it requires premium oil it will usually cost at least $30 extra dollars. See Service Advisor for more information.

How long does it take to perform a Works Package?

Generally, it takes about 45-75 minutes to perform a Works Package. We do get pretty busy sometimes though. If you would like to check how busy we are, we recommend calling ahead to check the wait time in the Quick Lane.

Why does the complimentary 20-point inspection include?

Along with every oil change, our factory-trained technicians will check your tires, battery, fluid levels, belts, hoses, light bulbs, steering, suspension, engine air filter, and wiper blades. With a Works Package, our technicians will inspect your brakes as well.
